Kaliji in Lotus & Flowing Lotus Mudra

Rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion characterize TriYoga's flowing sequences. When the practitioner sustains awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize. This creates greater flow of prana, making the body a fit instrument for meditation and for life.

Offering a full range of yoga poses,TriYoga® is taught in 35 countries and 33 TriYoga® Centers including centers in Austria, Denmark, Germany, India, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States. In the tradition of ancient hatha yoga, TriYoga® is guided by Kriyavati siddhi (kundalini-inspired yoga) as it flows through Kaliji. She has systematized asana (posture), pranayama (breathing practices), and dharana (concentration techniques) from Basics to Level 7, and over 1000 hasta mudras (hand gestures) have expressed through her. The art and science of yogaflow®, TriYoga® unites pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana.

As Sanskrit names may seem a bit intimidating, TriYoga ® uses these terms only sparingly to enhance your knowledge of the practice.  English is used to express the flow so it can be easily understood by everyone.  When Sanskrit terms are used they will be interpreted and explained, bringing clarity to their meaning.
