Workshops on request, Sunday afternoons, 4 – 6, $30.

Flow Workshop:

During a regular practice, movement is continuous, flowing. In a workshop, the

opportunity to observe refinements is provided. This is a chance for extra

alignment assistance and individual attention to those poses that might offer the

most challenge.

Prana Vidya Workshop:

The Prana Vidya workshop aims to explore methods to develop better health,

mental clarity and inner peace.  In this workshop, breath control is examined to

to prepare for concentration and meditation.  Interaction between student and

teacher is encouraged to gain understanding of these techniques to enhance the

concentration/meditation experience.

Partner Stretch Workshop:

Bring a friend or assistance can be provided by the instructor for a deeper, more

relaxing practice for both students.
